Since 2022, Minsights has partnered with Ernst & Young (EY) to successfully deliver strategic projects and initiatives for the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing in KSA.

 

One of our pioneering projects with EY was to review the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing in KSA. strategic program and initiatives from 2022-2024. We worked closely with EY to analyze the Ministry goals, conduct stakeholder interviews, evaluate progress reports, and develop actionable recommendations. This collaborative effort resulted in the Ministry enhancing their strategic focus and community impact.

We also partner with EY for Implementing and operating the PMO for eight programs and 14 projects, ensuring strategic alignment and effective management for the Council of the Arab and African Littoral States of the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden

 

 

Most recently in 2024, Minsights was again engaged by EY, this time for their project with Project and Public Health Deputyship. For this important work, we developed a comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as a detailed Implementation Plan customized for the Ministry. We are currently providing ongoing Project Management Office (PMO) services to help execute the strategic vision and ensure project milestones are achieved.

 

 

Through our long-standing partnership with EY, Minsights has demonstrated expertise in strategic consulting, program review, and project management. We look forward to continuing our support for EY and the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing on their initiatives to serve Saudi citizens and residents.

For over two years, Minsights partnered with KPMG to deliver impactful infrastructure projects across the Middle East.

 

In 2017, we assisted KPMG in developing a comprehensive 5-year business plan for a top-tier contractor in the UAE. This involved strategizing growth opportunities, assessing market trends, and implementing financial projections to help the company strengthen its position as an industry leader.

 

 

From 2018-2019, Minsights provided program management services to KPMG's engagement with Dubai South. We worked diligently to establish robust project management processes and procedures for this new city development.

 

 

During the same period, we also supported KPMG's initiative with the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Authority. For this project, we helped optimize their project delivery framework to better coordinate mega-developments in the region.

 

 

 

 

Through our work with KPMG, we also delivered an in-depth review of major infrastructure projects underway by Oman's government entities. By analyzing budget data, schedule variances and risk factors, we were able to provide insightful recommendations to prevent common issues like delays and cost overruns.

 

 

Minsights expertise in strategic planning, program management and project review proved invaluable to KPMG and their important clients throughout the Middle East. We thank KPMG for the opportunity to partner on these impactful initiatives from 2017-2019.

  • 2000 Villas in Sadiyat Area, Abu Dhabi: Delivered a large residential community to meet growing housing demands.
  • 306 Villas in Al Saad, Al Ain: Completed and maintained a significant housing project.
  • 450 Villas in Sweihan, Al Ain: Constructed and maintained a residential development, contributing to regional growth.

PMO Support for Tier One Construction Company in Abu Dhabi

Description: Provided comprehensive PMO support, including the development of a five-year business plan to drive strategic growth for a leading construction company.

 

Dubai South Real Estate

Scope: PMO Setup and Implementations
Description: Established and implemented PMO frameworks to streamline operations and enhance project delivery for Dubai South Real Estate.

AKOYA Master Plan Complex Project

Scope: Large-Scale Residential and Infrastructure Development
Description: Managed the development of 4,000 villas over 2,000,000 Sq.m of land, including all necessary facilities and infrastructure, with a budget of 8 billion AED.

Mega Project Review for a Tier One Contractor in Oman

Scope: Project Review and Advisory
Description: Conducted a comprehensive review of a mega project, providing insights and recommendations to ensure successful delivery and strategic alignment.

Commercial & Residential Buildings

Scope: Mixed-Use Development
Description: Oversaw the construction of eight 5-story buildings with a basement, with a total project budget of 370 million AED.
